About the Course
This course is designed to help school board members, superintendents, and district administrators elevate their impact through hands-on AI skills training. Participants will learn how AI can superpower the way their board develops, reviews, researches and analyzes policy through guided practice and exercises. Together, we will use AI to create comprehensive policy drafts, recommend policy enhancements, analyze policy for trends, check for compliance, draft supportive policy communications, and more. We will also address the current state of K-12 AI policy and explore recent research covering the evolving landscape. Students, teachers, and parents are already using this technology every day to gain an advantage and help make their jobs easier. This course is specifically for education leaders who want to supercharge their own effectiveness and learn new tools for driving positive outcomes for their school community.
